Hilton's Americas Finance Conference

From registration to revelry, these events were incredible!

For 2024's AFC, the PCXP team collaborated with our hosts in Cancun to create an experience unlike anything we've ever done before. Over this 3-day conference, we were able to usher attendees through general session, breakout sessions, and into some extraordinary evening parties that showcased Mayan performers, an LED dance floor, and a jungle right inside what was our General Session room.

International events require a few extra considerations like learning the language of our hosts, making sure we're aligned with the work culture, and working through the logistics challenges of planning internationally. When we saw the joy on attendees faces and the incredible talent of the Mayan performers on stage, it was all worth it!

For 2026's AFC, we once again partnered with Hilton to provide comprehensive event management services, overseeing every aspect of the attendee journey. From executive planning and registration through production, logistics, creative branding, themed experiences, and post-event execution, our team served as an extension of Hilton's internal event team to produce a seamless, multi-day conference. The event featured a large-scale general session, multiple concurrent breakout sessions, networking events, executive meetings, and immersive evening experiences, all hosted at the Hilton Anaheim.
