PCXP - 2023 Q2 Events in Review

It's the end of another quarter, meaning we are due for another PCXP Quarterly Events in Review! Here we will be recapping some exciting work we've produced over the course of the year.
The first half of the year has flown by, with our team producing 11 major events (4 in June alone!) and attending site visits in Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Washington DC and of course Chicago.

April - Phoenix Area Golf Outing and 5k Run/Walk
Event Date: April 16th - 19th, 2023
Event Work: Outdoor events are right up our alley along with indoor events! Our team helped produce a 100+ person golf tournament in the Phoenix, AZ area complete with a silent auction, course contests, sponsorships, and an after tournament luncheon. On the following day, attendees at this event took to the streets in a 5k run/walk where we outlined the race, provided course volunteers, celebrated the victors, and even lead the race on scooter.

May - Obama Foundation My Brother's Keeper Event in Chicago

Event Dates: May 10th, 2023
Event Location: Venue Six10, Chicago IL
Event Work: The MBK Model Communities initiative was launched during the MBK Impact in Action convening with President Obama in Chicago on May 10th, 2023. The event highlighted and celebrated the incredible successes of four communities across the US: Newark, Omaha, Tulsa, and Yonkers. June - University of Chicago Convocation Announcement!
June ushered in a new multi-year contract for the PCXP team with the announcement of our selection as the Event Management partners to the University of Chicago's Convocation. We're thrilled to be supporting the University team across 2024, 2025 and 2026 to help bring such a memorable experience to life for 15,000 attendees!
